Personal Data - data that identifies or can identify a living individual.

When you use the Service, I may collect:

- Your name and email address, if you submit a contact or inquiry form, or subscribe to the newsletter

Newsletter subscriber data is collected and stored by Kit, my email newsletter provider, under its own privacy policy. I do not process payments directly through this site - inquiries about purchasing a painting are handled by email.

Data collected through this Service is used to:

- Respond to inquiries and questions

- Send newsletter updates, if you subscribed

- Understand how the Service is used and improve it over time

- Comply with legal obligations

The Service uses cookies set by Google Analytics to track aggregate usage data. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work as a result.

I use the following third parties to deliver the Service:

- Kit - email newsletter delivery

- Google Analytics - usage analytics

These providers access only the data needed to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

Your data may be processed in countries outside Poland. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data.

This Service is not directed at anyone under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact me at design@alicjasuska.com and I will remove it.

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated effective date.
